AED were engaged on a full service appointment from initial options appraisals through to the completion of this interesting project to convert an old milk handling depot into a single residence.

Part of the original property was split off for later resale while the new accommodation is spread across three levels including an expansive basement. The design included partially opening the roof on the ground floor to create an internal courtyard surrounded by glazed walls. Extensive use is made of existing industrial finishes.
